The stock is to be used only on dA.

Don’t claim the stock as yours, or submit it as photography.

Please don't use my stock on a website that is intended to promote something other than art, such as a religion, ideology, political party, etc, or anything that is prejudice or hateful. In the same idea, don’t use my stock in a racist, violent or illegal way.

My stock doesn’t belong to the public domain.

Retouching is fine, but just changing a photo to black & white, upping the contrast, etc. is not a manipulation. Using my photos as references is also fine.

Please keep stupid inappropriate immature comments such as OMG UR SO HOTT to yourself; I’m here for art, not to be a nude dancer or worse. COMMENTS LIKE THAT ARE NOT WELCOME ON MY PAGE.

You have to delete your artwork if you don’t abide these rules.

MODEL STOCK

If you use a stock picture, tell me by sending a note or by commenting the stock used with the link of your artwork, so I can see it and fav it. Please, don’t do it on the front page!

YOU MUST LINK AND CREDIT ME (link meaning put an actual link back to the original stock on your deviation commentary, don't just type in my name please). If you don’t do it properly I don’t fav.

Send me a note to tell me you added your artwork into print. Prints are allowed ONLY on dA.

If you want to post artworks made with my model stock on your own personal website or on other art websites, you have to ASK FIRST. You also HAVE TO LINK BACK AND TO CREDIT. If it isn’t made properly I can ask you to remove the artwork.

You may NOT use model stock for commercial purposes, or use them outside deviant art without permission. This includes making web layouts and other things that are meant to be used outside dA.

If you want use nature/places/object/textures stock for commercial purposes or outside dA, ASK FIRST by sending a note.
